We only provide premium quality bouncy castles and inflatables, which are manufactured to the specifications and standards set out in BSEN 14960.
We regularly inspect and maintain our equipment, plus an annual safety test by PIPA.
The optional extras such as additional stitching or internally finished seams are added to our castles and inflatables at manufacture, helping to keep the users safe from harm.

Additional to the size of the bouncy castles, we recommend you allow at least another:
If you are still unsure, please contact us for advice.
What happens in rain?
Most of our castles come with fitted rain covers to the top and extra covers for the generator.
The bouncy castle cannot be used in the rain, but once it has stopped and the castles are 100% dry then the party can continue.
We cannot set up equipment in the rain - if the customer cancels the party a 50% or 75% refund is issued depending on the circumstances OR a free re-booking in the next 3 months.
Can I use the castle indoors?
Yes, please check the height of the building you wish to have the castle in before making a booking, and confirm with us the castle will safely fit.
Where using castles indoors they will be sandbagged down into place and protected with extra safety mats.
Do we need to provide a generator ?
Unless you specify beforehand we will assume it is OK to use your electricity supply (from the house / community centre etc), it is up to you to ensure the supply is safe for use.
Our blowers (inflators) are PAT (tested) for electrical safety by Folgate Safety every three months.
Should an electricity supply not be available, a petrol generator can be supplied at an extra cost (booked in advance).
Is the castle supervised / staffed?
No, standard hire is for us to fully set everything up and pack away.
After setting up the castle a safety brief will passed to the named hirer, and instructions for use. After this, the castle and its users will be your responsibility. We can offer supervised castles at an hourly rate of £15.00 per hour (booked in advance).
Do you supervise castles at events?
Yes, we do offer this service, please contact us with details to discuss.
Are the castles insured?
We hold the highest level of public liability insurance (£5 million) through Leisure Insure.
If you would like to purchase discounted one-off event insurance through leisure insure, we can provide you with a discount code.
